Our air conditioning stopped working last week. Joe from Paradise Heating & Cooling came out and diagnosed the problem (our 29yo furnace failed). He came out today (exactly when he said he would) and removed our old furnace and installed a new, smaller, more efficient furnace. We are very pleased with Joe's work. He was thorough; he fabricated a new plenum from sheet metal and put everything back together the first time. He was patient with my questions about the internals of our new furnace. So we have a mini split heating and a/c unit that was not working properly and apparently difficult to get someone to look at and service. I called several HVAC places and none of them would come out and look at it. I called Paradise and Joe came out the next week to check it out for me. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit. My air conditioner stopped working, and I called Paradise Heating & Cooling on a Thursday. Joe came by the following day and told me my unit was old, not worth the effort to fix, and should be replaced. My AC unit was at least 20 years old, and I knew it was time. He came down on the price for me and was in my house on Monday morning. Joe and his son worked so neatly and quietly that they were finished by the afternoon. My air conditioner works great and I could not be happier with their service.
